The NDIS rollout is ongoing and there are many 3^rd party software service providers that are entering the NFP sector to show case their products. Having new and impactful solutions to business process and workflow is becoming urgent and pressing as organisations seek to become NDIS ready.

CiC is an independent consulting practice and will evaluate and recommend best fit solutions in consultation with our clients. Whilst we seek knowledge of these new entrants CiC has also been directed to evaluate software by our clients. Over three years ago CiC evaluated SupportAbility.

CiC sets up, configures and implements the cloud based, NDIS compliant software ‘SupportAbility’ by Envision-Systems on site. Working with staff members and management, CiC has set up the system and conducted the onsite training associated with SupportAbility.

We have provided the specific training related to the different roles within the organisation and how they might engage with SupportAbility to get the most from their investment.

A summary of SupportAbility is described as:

‘.. a cloud based client management system built specifically for Australian disability service providers. SupportAbility includes full NDIS funding management facilities and creates bulk claims for the NDIS provider portal. Plan, manage, track and measure client goals and outcomes. Manage staff rosters and client services with finance and payroll integration’.
