CiC has participated in Board and Management team sessions which have been hosted in weekend retreat settings and in house workshops. We work with other 3rd party advisors and facilitators in developing a team approach to goal settings and community consultations. Our approach is to explore the possibilities for change, growth and scalability. We have contributed to building the strategy and been actively engaged to be part of the operational roll out across the organisation.

CiC is experienced in the design, development and implementation of cloud based technologies within an existing or new technology ecosystems.

 We are brand agnostic and believe that business owners and not for profits will make an informed choice based upon the facts and their obligations to the communities in which they serve.

 CiC has implemented Google, Microsoft and a rich diversity of technologies as a cloud based solution specific to the clients’ needs. We work positively with existing service providers and IT management and staff.

 CiC believes that technology is an intrinsic part of business and not an add-on department such as IT or ICT. We are engaged from Board and Executive levels to management and staff in the integration of the business process and workflow into alignment with the strategic aims of the organisation.

Security & Compliance

CiC has designed and co-developed security and compliance policies in relation to the overall business.

Working with the CEO and Managers, we have made recommendations that can be meaningfully matched with the underlying technology. Security and compliance can also be treated as a separate project from the technology and future systems design where we have been engaged to implement policy changes for securing email and corporate data for audit and forensics as directed by the CEO.

We have implemented security, audit and compliance processes within the role out of cloud based platforms where the monitoring, tracking of company equipment (phones, screens, laptops, PC’s) can be incorporated into an overarching security system.
